Payment Options

We accept all of the classics for online orders: VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express. We even accept fancy techno payment options like PayPal and Apple Pay. Unfortunately, we cannot accept Frank's Roadside Diner coupons at this time due to a misunderstanding with Frank about his prized goat Matilda.

Return Policy

We are committed to providing service and products with exemplary quality and value. We want you to be absolutely thrilled with everything you purchase from us. Items may be returned within 30 days as long as the following conditions are met...

  • The item must be in its orginal packaging and unopened. (i.e. the shrink-wrap should still be intact)
  • You must Contact Us within 30 days to request an Return Material Authorization (RMA). This number must be included to receive a refund or credit.
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and you may want to ensure your package; we are not responsible for lost or misdirected exchanges, and we cannot credit you for packages we don't receive.

  • Once your package is received and it is confirmed to be in re-sellable condition, we will promptly send you your replacement items or refund your money.

    How long does it take to process my order?
    We do everything in our power to process our orders in 1-2 business days. Remember, just because you can order instantly from our website in your pajamas at 4 o'clock in the morning, your order does not arrive the second you confirm your order. If that were possible, you wouldn't be reading a policy on processing times.

    Where's my invoice?
    Your invoice will arrive officially by email. If you don't receive it within an hour after you finalized your order, check the junk folder of your email. Perhaps your email program thinks that correspondence from Tabletop Game Gallery is garbage, we tend to disagree. Remember, by creating a customer account with Tabletop Game Gallery.com you can have permanent access to all of your invoices from past orders whenever you log in. Create an Account.

    Can I change or cancel my order?
    If you need to change or cancel your order, although I don't know why you would? Are you a tease? But, if for whatever reason you need to cancel your order we understand. Let us know as soon as possible. We like to work fast, and we would hate to ship something out that we don't have to. It creates more work on your end and our end, and that stinks. That being said, orders canceled before shipment may be subject to a 3% processing fee.

    How do you handle back orders?
    Sometimes products become mega hits and sell out on short notice and we cannot fulfill your order, if that happens we will inform you of the backorder and make you aware of the options available to you.

    Do you charge sales tax?
    If you happen to live outside of Wisconsin, your order will be sales tax-free, until the Government decides to stick its grubby paws in that pie as well. But, for the time being, order away without the burden of sales tax. If you live in Wisconsin, tough luck, the law's the law and you'll be hit with the standard rates. 

    When I checked out I got an error message. What do I do?
    PANIC! Whoa, maybe not... Actually, there are several things you can do. If you received an error message during the checkout process, check your e-mail to see if you received a confirmation e-mail. If you did, your order has been processed and received by our team.

    If not, or if you have any other problems with your experience fill out our Contact Form. Either way, we'll do what we can to make sure everything is as it should be.

    What are your shipping rates?
    Our shipping rates vary based on your order. However, we can tell you that shipping rates are determined by weight (heavy things cost more) and location. These costs are calculated automatically and added to your order. We hope to offer flat-rate shipping, free shipping, and in-store pickup in the near future.

    How will my order be shipped?
    In most cases your order will be shipped by pack mule... Whoops wrong century. Your order will most likely be shipped via USPS.

    How do my items come packaged?
    Your order will be shipped in a box. We tried using plastic bags, but the handles kept tearing. Long story short, we ship all of our goods in a box packed with care to make sure your games arrive in prestine condition.

    Can I get rushed delivery?
    If you need something right away, PLEASE call us at (608)561-0002 before you place your order so that we can ensure stock is available and that we can get the products to you when you need them. We'd rather lose the sale than tell you we can get it there and not be able to deliver. If we work together, we can eliminate disappointment.

    About how long will it take for my order to arrive?
    We don't have access to a crystal ball, if we did, we wouldn't have bought all of those magic beans. That being said, we do our best to ship within 1-2 business days (Saturday & Sunday are NOT business days). After that, it depends on what method of shipping you chose. Select the Pony Express, and you could be waiting for a while.

    Do you provide tracking numbers?
    When your order ships we will send you the tracking information. This way you can track your package's every movement. Did that sound uncomfortable? It felt uncomfortable when I typed it.

    What can I do about shipping delays?
    As much as we would love to control the weather, broken down trucks, and traffic patterns, we don't. Who do you think we are the Great and Powerful Oz? Therefore Tabletop Game Gallery does not take responsibility for unforeseeable delays. Thank you for understanding.

    Will you ship orders internationally?
    At this time, due to manufacturer restrictions we are unable to ship orders outside of the United States. What you do with your games after you get them is entirely up to you.

    I put in the wrong address, what do I do?
    If you realize that you typed in the wrong address, please let us know IMMEDIATELY. The ideal situation would be to catch this little hiccup before your items ship. We try our damnedest to make sure this doesn't happen in the first place, but be sure to watch your P's and Q's.

    Help! My order arrived damaged?
    Unfortunately, sometimes packages arrive damaged because some delivery guy decided he should have been in the World Cup instead of dropping off your stuff. If this happens, please contact us so we can set up a return. Damaged games that are returned to us without getting the return authorization are considered free gifts. Before processing the return, we may request a picture of the damage first. If we're able to, we'll be happy to get you a replacement copy of what you've ordered as soon as we received the damaged item back at our warehouse. If the title you ordered is no longer available, you may be eligible for store credit or a full refund.

    My game is missing pieces, what do I do?
    What the heck! The rulebook says I should have 1,431 Wheat tokens and my game only came with 5! If this happens, please contact the publisher of the game directly. We do not carry replacement pieces. If you need help finding the publisher's contact information, please let us know and we'll be happy to send you in the right direction.
